Well I have had a lot of problems with my tank so far. The red oscar has died, it always seemed sick from the start. Since then I have had two oscars a common and a plain albino (both very nice) however for some reason they all did not survive. I had given up on the idea of a second oscar until yesterday.

I went to the pet shop and found that the tank was full of great looking oscars. All of which were a decent size in comparison to my oscar. (too small would get bullied) So I brought home an albino red smile.gif. So far its doing great and I am sure it is going to thrive. My original tiger has not looked like hurting it once and I am sure there going to live together for a long time.

By the way if you don't understand what a red albino looks like fair enough I will have a picture up soon, but it sort of looks like a normal red oscar. Except the dark parts are white.

It's looking a bit sick today kind of like the others. I am preparing for the worst.

Yeah I was thinking that but I don't have any test kits. I think that I might wait and see because it is looking a bit better. If it doesn't go back to normal I think I might have to do a full water change. I know it could send the tank into a new cycle but there isn't much else I can do.

That's a good idea I will do that on Saturday when I go to the shops. By the way the pleco died. I really didn't see it coming it was a really good fish and I am a bit down about my loss. I'm going through a rough patch with fish at the moment.

I think it would just be best to not buy anything and do a 100% water change. And have a new cycle begins. I had a tank that was killing my koi and goldfish. I didnt know why. Water were all fine but they kept dieing. So i did a 100% water change and now they're back to normal. Although i shocked them its better than letting them die. Now they're happily living smile.gif

My albino tiger died, getting pretty over it and I am not getting any new fish for a while that's for sure. I think I might do a big water change this weekend I hate to do it but I have had to do it before and it seems to work well.
