Hey perfectblue, i found a sandswifting goby and was about to buy it. They didnt show the price though. They might put a price on Tuesday or whenever. Could you tell me how much you bought yours for? Also what is it's scientific name? Thanks very much.

What type of lighting do you have above your tank and how big is it? And is that slate in your tank?

The Goby I have is a Mural or Striped Goby. The Scientific name is Valenciennea muralis, and I bought the goby for around $22. The majority of Sandsifting gobies get quite big around 5-6 inches. What size tank were you thinking of putting one in?

Well, Ihave a 29 going for almost 2 months now. I may put it in my 20 for a few days and then move it to my 29 when completely cycle. The dude that was working there told me that it was going to be under 15 bucks. So i might go check it out tomorrow or maybe next week.

And my tank uses a 130 watt of pc lighting. one 12k and the other is atinic blue. It is in a 20 gallon tank.
