Well today we had to give up our cat, Snowflake, to the humane society. We found out that my wife is allergic to them a few months after we got her, and have tried to cope with it for the past year, but her allergies are much more severe this year, and it's shedding season. So we had to give her back to the humane sociaty. I am so sad to see her go, and I didn't win any friends with my wife when I told her I should give her back to the pound so I could keep the cat... :D So... it was PB&J for dinner for me tonight, fortuneately I have a very comfortable couch too... :lol:

I'm so sorry :( If I ever get married that will be a prerequisite : must not be allergic to cats and must like (or at least tolerate fish and cats)

That sucks your wife put in a good effort putting up with allergies for that long though.

yeah, and we tried the allergist, but her allergies have been getting worse.

My dad is the same way and so am I with our cat, we still have very bad allergies especially when he wants to came and rub our faces. And with all this pollen every where, which he likes to roll in.

Awww! I'm soo sorry! :( I love my kitties, I couldn't give them up, even though they have the evil tendency to come fishing if somebody *cough my sister COUGH* happens to leave my bedroom door open.
