Alrighty! Here goes ya'll! I just bought a new fish today, like I need anymore, but anyways, went to an LFS looking for panda cories, ended up getting a peppered and a green, but that's beside the point, they had bettas in community tanks!!
I always love it when LFS do this, especially when they do it right!! So of course, I'm looking at them and I spot a yellow, long finned fellow duking it out with his next door neighbor through the glass, a big red and purple fellow. Big beard, big flare, big attitude, great eyes...And the fact that I don't have a yellow betta didn't escape me either
So anyways, after pondering some other little tank neccesities, the lady came over again and I said, well I guess I have to have the yellow one!
So meet RAZE! The most photogenic yellow veil-tail you'll ever meet. Great personality. Currently in a 2.5 gallon tank with no decorations, I'm running low on plants, but of course, he has plenty of room to swim!!

I also received my new Half-moons from aquabid in the mail on Thursday, but I had to go home for the holiday weekend for church and to see my horse and things, so I put them in the dark with aquarium salt. Sibling pair, lovely, one marble, one female turquoise. I don't have pics of the half-moon female yet, but here's a good one of her brother that the breeder took:

And of course, some awesome shots of everybody's favorite dietary challenged betta, the growing horizontally, Starvin Marvin!!

Lookit that face!!
