I feed mines frozen bloodworms, blackworms as treat, betta bites, sometimes betta flakes, and baby guppies :D

I feed my Bettas a diet of flake/pellet food and an occasional treat of freeze dried bloodworms.

Ever since I bought him, my betta will only eat guppy micropellets. I have also tried: freeze-dried blood worms, freeze-dried brine shrimp, betta food, and tropical flake. The guppy food was like a last resort because he wouldn't eat anything else. He still eats guppy food. I hope this is okay for him. The ingredient list is almost identical to the betta food list.
he lives in a 10 gallon with 3 elegant cories and he seems to really enjoy having the run of the tank! :D

Bettas are not fussy eaters. they will eat maggots, ants, very small moths, weavles and the betta food you can buy. But remember anything that comes from outside can have the risk of carring something toxic which your betta will then eat.
Hava good day
