How long before you have Betta babies?

The eggs have hatched and I have pictures of the male betta and his female. The babies are swimming and running into each other and being babies, but I have to wait alittle before they can show up on my camera pictures.

Do you have any connection to small food for the babies?
Food consider:
1. infusoria
2.Microworms
3.BBS (Feed ONLY at 3 weeks old!)
CONGRATS!

You know what I used to do was to put a few cans of flake food in a blender, then blend until it was a fine powder, about the consistency of flour... then I'd put it back into the cans (3 cans flake would make 2 cans powder), and feed the fry with that. You have to get it to sink into the water though, so I'd usually drop the food into the filter return of the HOB filter so it went down and floated around in the water column where the fry would eat it... otherwise it would stay at the top indefinately, and the fry would never go up to the surface (I don't know if betta fry do or not, as I've never bred bettas). The second can I seal the lid on really tight so it will stay fresh (remember that flake food can go bad after being opened and exposed to the air).
That's just a cheap DIY food for fry. Total cost is about $6 to $9 depending upon your cost of quality flake food. I use Tetra-min from Walmart for just under $3 per can. One batch can last for a few years worth of fry if stored well.
