That is a very pretty picture! Wish I could get a good shot like that! I have to take like 30 pics just to get a decent one. :( ;)

I'm a little upset right now . It remind me of the time the LFS had them and I went home to get some money to buy them and when I got back they were gone.  Some fool bought them , all 12 of them. They are awesome I can't wait to get some .

A very unusual Cory. Does anyone know the scientific name?

Those are great looking cory cats! I hope I can find some like that when I finally get my RO filter. They wouldn't survive in my super alkaline water. I'd love to have some of those and some angelfish, someday.

They are a strain of Corydoras aeneus, like the albino ones.

I'm sorry! Maybe if you ever see something like that again, you could ask the store to hold some for you. Some stores will hold for 24 hours on a fish if the person can't pay for of take the fish immediately.

Reminds me of the first cory I ever had. (they are kinda hard to find where I live) My mom saw a whole tank of them at the lfs and decided that they were so cute and that she would bring me one (you know how non-fishkeepers just bring you fish not knowing what they are or anything) Anyway, I had actually been looking for cories, so I go to the lfs the next day to get some more of them (spotted cories) and go to the tank on the far left wall where she said there were about 2 dozen of them- empty! <_< Eventually, I found more at petsmart. Still have a couple- the original one passed away many months ago :(

Of course what's really funny is the next week I come home and find a peppered cory that she put in my tank. "You know- that fish looks kinda like the one I brought last week"

I do still have him- (now living in the 29 gallon with his friends) :D

anyway, Stewie- that is a beautiful picture of a beautiful fish!
