I was just looking at aquatopia.com and today they have 15 members celebrating their birthdays :blink: I wonder how long it takes a forum to get that kind of stuff happening. Also just today they signed up 92 more members which is more than we have all up.

Gives us something to look forward to! We are well on our way. Being less than 4 months old, I think we are doing very well for ourselves. As more people find out about our great forum, we'll really start to take off.

I don't like big forums, like the 15 people on the same day, thing. Too many... um... "people"

Just not TOO big, there's a happy medium. Some forums have 100's of members on at the same time almost 24 hours a day!

Just not so big that nobody even knows anything about the other members.

We've still got room to grow!

Still, in some forums you go to post a response, and in the time you even type a sentence or two, like 5 other people respond before you.

Yeah, I'm liking this forum so far. Started out small, growing at a steady but managable rate. Easier to get to know folks a few at a time. :)

Yeah especially as mod of introductions I seem to know a little about almost everyone.

I think as we grow from smaller to larger, we older members (us now). Will know each other well enough to understand more of what we all mean when we say something! :lol:

Yeah, it's also fun to see us all grow in the hobby. Why I still remember last week, when mazza_402 didn't know a lick about fishkeeping. :P Just kidding!
