If you see white worms? Swimming in your tank or on the glass.

Planaria:
... they are harmless.
But they do creep me out! It is most likely the cause of overfeeding your fish. If this creeps you out as well, this is what I did.
#1 clean tank, take everything out and rinsed (decorations).
#2 wipe down the walls of the tank
#3 rinse the filter
#4 siphon the gravel, or stir and cup old water
#5 replace new water (h2o) while getting rid of the old water
#6 DON'T feed them for at least 2 hours after the initial change,
#7 if you like to feed often, then only a tiny bit.
I feed my fish 3-4 times a day but in very small amounts
And I am now Planaria free and still have the enjoyment of feeding my fish alot! Not alot of food just alot of times!

Thanks for the input! We will certainly get that picture put up where it needs to be. I'll e-mail Sergeant Major and have him post it for you.

I saw those little buggers crawling out of a clear sack like thing at the water's surface in my Nano tank. 'Course I had to look with a magnifying glass to see them at that point. I figured they would get eaten by snails or something.
