:star: You can come get a sneak peak as to what the website side will look like on the fish fact sheets HERE! This is what your admin team has been so busy working on lately. Having the fact sheets and disease profiles on static web pages instead of in forum, will allow us to show up on hundreds more keyword searches, as well as providing an easier way to find the fish you're looking for. In the example page, ignore the yahoo ad, that will not be on the final markup as we will have a hosted site.

It was originally blue like the forum, but after I saw it white and black, I was just amazed at the difference. It just looks so clean. It may be plain, but it's aesthetically pleasing and very easy to read. IMHO.

I think a dominate colour of white with a secondary colour always looks better than any other dominate colour. :P

Ok, next time I remodel the house, I want Leema's advise on paint!

I've never made a skin before, but I'm happy to do any graphic work or 'colour scheme' advice. Blah blah. I love graphicy stuff. :)

I agree with both of you. I understand not wanting to lose the "ambiance" or look and feel of the forum. I also understand that both the profiles and forum pages should match and I too appreciate the clean look. My question regarding this site though is, are there options to change color selections so that the main areas of the page are white space such as, the input window, the background of the page itself (actually, this could remain light blue), the background of the forum area on the page...all the other areas could remain the various shades of blue for contrast. Comments?

That is very possible, actually.

I think as long as everyone is able to post the color shouldn't matter. That's just me though. LOL.

That is kinda funny. Cause, I can read and see better with a darker background, and lighter colors for the fonts and such. But I like it all right. Just a bit plain.

Maybe we'll just leave those as they are, and this as it is...
