Title: Horrifying Deathbox

MAZZA_402 - February 6, 2006 09:11 PM (GMT)
I was searching around on the internet and I saw these weird looking TV aquariums. I decided to check them out. I noticed that they had overpriced TV aquariums ranging from 1 quart to 6 gallons. Now obviously 1 quart couldn't be big enough for anything but plankton or a small snail. While reading up on the 20 dollar tv aquarium, I noticed that it said it was PERFECT for goldfish. Do the goldfish think it's perfect?

It just irritates me to see 'aquariums' like this with the manufacturer claiming that it's great for a certain fish. I couldn't imagine what the ammonia and if they were able to get it cycled, nitrite levels would be. I mean, fish bowls are bad, but is a 1 qt tv even worse? Or is it just me?

Just thought I would share that little bit of information with you. Here's the link if you want to check it out.

What's worse is that they advertise with google, therefore their ads will show on here from time to time... at least until we can afford ad removal.

Yeah, that's not much better than those plastic tubs they keep bettas in the stores confined to.
