Sergeant Major and I use photobucket.com. You upload the picture and then copy the 'tag' under the picture and just paste it in your post. Photobucket hosts the image for you. Very handy.
You can also try imageshack.us
With that one you don't have to set up an account, but have to upload a picture each and every time you want to post it because it doesn't save your information.
i use imageshack it is heaps good because you can use the forum thumbnail option so it comes out small when you post it but you can click on it and it opens in another window at normal size just makes posts neater in my opinion
