Title: Which to prefer

I was wanting to get an anemone and some corals as torch, hammer, etc. I was wondering if VHO or MH would be the best. Plz tell me which one would be the best. Thanks.

The best lighting for Anemones would be metal halide lighting. Just make sure that the tanks parameteres, SG, Temp, etc are in check before introducing the Anemone.
What species of Anemone are you thinking of?

I'm not so sure. Some say Stichodactyla haddoni are easy to keep and some say bubble tip anemone are easy to keep. I dont really know between these two. Would 250 watt of lighting be enough for a 29 gallon tank?

I only mainly see MH kit with 400 watt bulb. Im going to order one and then just replace it with a 175 watt MH.

Bubble Tip Anemones are one of the easier species to keep and are great for someones first Anemone. A 175-250watt metal halide should work for a 29g tank and what you intend to keep.
